The outbreak of COVID-19 has had a dramatic effect on us all. We want to reassure you that we are doing all we can to responsibly do our part in minimising the spread. Each parcel is being carefully handled by our small studio team, following official UK government advice. Our studio is still open and orders are still being dispatched as normal.

 

UK SHIPPING

There are currently no major changes to the way we dispatch or ship our orders. Some customers may experience longer delivery timings due to the exceptionally high volume of post and COVID-19 measures put in place in local delivery offices. For more information please see our Delivery and Return page.. Please be advised that Royal Mail is currently operating on a contactless delivery basis.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Due to COVID-19, delays are expected however, there are currently no major changes to the way we dispatch or ship our orders. Many countries have implemented special measures to combat the spread of COVID-19. This include changes to signature service and contactless delivery. We allow returns up to 14 days from the date you send your order. For more information on returns please see our Delivery and Returns page. Please be advised that DHL is currently operating on a contactless delivery basis also.
