Product sales price

The actual selling price used when the product is traded is displayed, including tax.

Fees required other than the product price

For deliveries within Japan, we charge a flat rate of 750 yen (tax included) per order nationwide.

For deliveries to countries outside of Japan, shipping fees vary depending on the country or region, and the weight of the item being delivered. Also, additional costs such as customs duties and customs clearance fees may be incurred depending on the country or region. Please be aware of this in advance.

Delivery time of the product

We dispatch all orders from the week prior, every Monday. Except for bank holidays. On the event of a bank or national holiday that falls on a Monday, we will ship on the Tuesday just afterwards.

Place your order by Sunday at 3pm to be included in the dispatch day - (The Monday closest to the day you’ve ordered)

Returns and Exchanges

In any case, orders cannot be cancelled after completion, except in the case that the product is different from the order or is defective. We also do not accept returns at the customer's convenience.

Please note that no refunds will be accepted for orders returned without prior notice, or for returns or cancellations due to refusal to accept the order.

If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, or if the item is defective, please contact us within 15 days of receipt.

In this case, we will bear the return shipping costs.

We will inspect the condition of the product and if we are able to confirm the error or defect, we will replace the product if it is in stock, or refund the money if it is not in stock.

Please note that even if the product is defective, we may refuse to exchange it if we cannot determine that the product is "unused" according to our company's standards.

If you purchased the product direct from our online store, please contact our customer service email : hello@sophiehawkins.com  and return the product within 30 days, including the date the product arrived.

We will respond after confirming the date of purchase and the condition of the product.
